We will only share your data with third parties outside of the church with your consent (for example, event tickets, offsite activities). Specifically, we retain gift aid declarations and associated paperwork for up to 6 years after the calendar year to which they relate; and church registers (baptisms, marriages, funerals) permanently.

We may collect and store sensitive personal information (Special Category Information under GDPR) such as:
- Health information provided during pastoral meetings
- Health information to assist attendance at GSJCC or Local Church services and events.
- Religious information (attendance at Local Church and/or Local Church events/activities, personal faith decisions, baptism).
- Religious affiliation permitted when you and/or your family attend, register for GSJCC and/or Local Church events and conferences.

We take photographs and video recordings of church services and events to illustrate the life of the church and to promote church activities via social media; Facebook, Google photos & Youtube.
