History

This ministry began as a vision to preach the Gospel to the elderly, so that they will be able to receive salvation as well, The St. Anthony’s care home opened its doors for us.  spread Gods word as well as comfort the residents, this ministry takes place every Sunday after the Church service is over.

What is the purpose?

Many elderly people in the society are neglected and cast away into care homes, because they are seen as a burden to their families, the main reason we are doing this ministry is to share the Love of Jesus in the lives of the broken-hearted, we them to be saved.

How it has worked out?

The residents of St. Anthony’s Care Home, have benefitted physically and spiritually, they actively take part and enjoy the worship and message, Healing and deliverances take place through the prayers. God has also worked marvellous miracles in the lives of the carers.

What are the future plans?

We certainly desire to minister in other care homes locally, we are planning to increase the number of visits, so that the residents will have more exposure to the word of God, we are hoping to involve more youths into this ministry to train them in sharing the Gospel.
